Brook T. Smith
As a serial entrepreneur and philanthropist, Brook has played a pivotal role in shaping Kentucky’s startup ecosystem. Through RSLP Ventures, he has funded a diverse range of nonprofit and for-profit enterprises, driving economic growth across the US. A staunch advocate of the horse industry, Brook is a partner in Sierra Leone, 2024 Breeders Cup Classic champion.
Garrett Mager
A spirits packaging and supply chain leader with over 20 years of experience across domestic and international markets, leading a national team of spirits packaging professionals supporting distilleries and brand owners nationwide. His background includes senior packaging engineering roles at one of the world’s largest spirits companies, executive leadership in the glass industry, and the successful launch of hundreds of premium spirits brands. Known for translating brand vision into technically sound, brand-defining packaging, he brings deep expertise in custom mold development, sourcing strategy, regulatory compliance, and complex project execution.
